January 19, 2024: Fayetteville, NC 28306 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Christ the Cornerstone Academy Defenders (Laurinburg, NC) and the host Liberty Christian Academy Knights (Fayetteville, NC), saw Christ the Cornerstone Academy's basketball squad wallop Liberty Christian Academy by a tally of 57-30.
With the victory, Christ the Cornerstone Academy improves its record to 10-3 on the campaign. The Defenders travel to Cornerstone Christian Academy (Fayetteville, NC) to confront the Cougars in a Carolinas Christian challenge on Tuesday, January 23. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 8-2. Cornerstone Christian Academy won 67-33 in their recent league challenge against Liberty Christian Academy (Fayetteville, NC)
Next up, the Knights confront the Temple Christian Tigers (Rockingham, NC) in a Carolinas Christian challenge, on Tuesday, January 23. Liberty Christian Academy will attempt to improve on its 0-8 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 6-3 record after their 63-36 league win over Mintz Christian Academy (Roseboro, NC).
