Oklahoma High School Basketball - Deer Creek holds off Holland Hall
January 19, 2024: Edmond, OK 73003 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Deer Creek Antlers (Edmond, OK) and the visiting Holland Hall Dutch (Tulsa, OK), saw Deer Creek's basketball squad hold off Holland Hall by a tally of 44-40.
With the victory, Deer Creek improves its record to 12-3 on the campaign. The Antlers host Midwest City (Midwest City, OK) to confront the Bombers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 20. The Bombers come into the challenge with a record of 11-2. Midwest City won 85-60 in their recent non-league challenge against Bishop McGuinness (Oklahoma City, OK)
Next up, the Dutch confront the Ponca City Wildcats (Ponca City, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 20. Holland Hall will attempt to improve on its 10-2 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 3-11 record after their 76-44 non-league win over Western Heights (Oklahoma City, OK).
