In Friday's league outing, the Gaffney Indians (Gaffney, SC) basketball squad edged the visiting Dorman Cavaliers (Roebuck, SC), by a count of 67-61.

The Indians (12-6) will now prepare for their outing against James F. Byrnes (Duncan, SC). The Rebels go into the AAAAA Region 2 outing with a 17-4 record. In their last outing, James F. Byrnes held off Boiling Springs (Spartanburg, SC), 78-60, in a league outing.
