Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Ridgeview Global Studies Academy Explorers (Davenport, FL) and the visiting Orlando Science Orcas (Orlando, FL), saw Ridgeview Global Studies Academy's basketball squad hold off Orlando Science by a tally of 48-46.

With the victory, Ridgeview Global Studies Academy improves its record to 1-8 on the campaign. The Explorers travel to Vanguard (Lake Wales, FL) to play the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 23. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 0-7.
