Oklahoma High School Basketball - Yale knocked off by Sperry
January 19, 2024: Yale, OK 74085 The Sperry Pirates basketball team scored 52 points and held the host Yale Bulldogs to 41 in the Pirates non-league triumph on Friday.
The Pirates now sport a 3-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Woodland for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 20. Sperry will meet a Cougars team coming off a 71-32 non-league win over Olive (Drumright, OK). The Cougars record now stands at 7-7.
The Bulldogs (5-10) will now prepare for their contest against Olive (Drumright, OK). The Wildcats enter the Freelance contest with a 2-15 record. In their last contest, Olive was outscored by Woodland (Fairfax, OK), 71-32, in a non-league contest.
