Florida High School Basketball - Chiles can't hold off Leon
January 19, 2024: Tallahassee, FL 32308 The Leon Lions basketball team scored 50 points and restricted the visiting Chiles Timberwolves to 44 in the Lions league victory on Friday.
The Lions now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Munroe for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 25. Leon will battle a Bobcats team coming off a 72-66 non-league win over Crossroad Academy (Quincy, FL). The Bobcats record now stands at 12-1.
The Timberwolves (12-6) will now prepare for their contest against North Florida Christian (Tallahassee, FL). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 2-8 record.
