New York High School Basketball - Mohonasen holds off KIPP NYC College Prep
January 19, 2025: New York, NY 10451 The Mohonasen Warriors basketball team scored 1 points and limited the host KIPP NYC College Prep Bulldogs to 0 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Sunday.
The Warriors now have a 5-8 record. They play next when they travel to Schalmont for a Section 2 Colonial game on Wednesday, January 22. Mohonasen will confront a Sabres team coming off a 50-48 non-league loss to Niskayuna (Niskayuna, NY). The Sabres record now stands at 8-3.
With the loss, KIPP NYC College Prep falls to 7-6 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Gompers (Bronx, NY) to confront the Panthers in a PSAL 3A Bronx game on Monday, January 27. The Panthers go into the game with a record of 1-6. Gompers lost 50-23 in their recent league game against Taft (Bronx, NY)
