The Calvary Baptist Academy Cavaliers basketball team scored 63 points and limited the visiting Second Baptist Eagles to 61 in the Cavaliers non-league triumph on Monday.

The Cavaliers now have a 18-4 record. They play next when they host North Caddo for a 2A District 1 game on Tuesday, January 20. Calvary Baptist Academy will confront a Titans team coming off a 65-50 league win over Homer (Homer, LA). The Titans record now stands at 10-12.

With the loss, Second Baptist falls to 22-3 on the campaign. The Eagles host Bay Area Christian (League City, TX) to confront the Broncos in a TAPPS 5A District 4 game on Friday, January 23. The Broncos go into the game with a record of 16-10. Bay Area Christian lost 65-56 in their recent league game against Lutheran South Academy (Houston, TX)
