Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Scotts Hill Lions (Reagan, TN) and the host Big Sandy Red Devils (Big Sandy, TN), saw Scotts Hill's basketball squad wallop Big Sandy by a tally of 66-39.

With the victory, Scotts Hill improves its record to 13-3 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Chester County (Henderson, TN) to confront the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 21. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 6-6.

Next up, the Red Devils confront the McEwen Warriors (McEwen, TN) in a 1A District 11 challenge, on Friday, January 21. Big Sandy will attempt to improve on its 5-9 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 5-13 record after their 66-36 league loss to McKenzie (McKenzie, TN).
