The McGregor Bulldogs basketball team scored 47 points and restricted the visiting Troy Trojans to 45 in the Bulldogs league victory on Thursday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 10-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Harmony School of Innovation for a 3A Region III District 17 contest on Friday, January 21. McGregor will battle a team coming off a 80-12 league loss to Troy (Troy, TX). The record now stands at 0-8.

The Trojans (13-12) will now prepare for their contest against West (West, TX). The Trojans come into the 3A Region III District 17 contest with a 12-8 record. In their last contest, West edged Riesel (Riesel, TX), 48-43, in a league contest.
