January 20, 2022: Sandy Valley, NV 89019 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Sandy Valley Sidewinders (Sandy Valley, NV) and the visiting Adelson (Las Vegas, NV), saw Sandy Valley's basketball squad wallop Adelson by a count of 33-12.
With the victory, Sandy Valley upgrades its record to 7-0 on the campaign. The Sidewinders travel to Beaver Dam (Littlefield, AZ) to play the Diamondback in a 1A Southern challenge on Friday, January 28. The Diamondback come into the challenge with a record of 2-8. Beaver Dam lost 49-10 in their recent league challenge against Pahranagat Valley (Alamo, NV)
Next up, the play the Indian Springs Thunderbirds (Indian Springs, NV) in a 1A Southern challenge, on Tuesday, January 25. Adelson will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Thunderbirds come into the challenge with a 1-6 record after their 35-11 league loss to GV Christian (Henderson, NV).
