Louisiana High School Basketball - Georgetown tops Atlanta
January 20, 2023: Atlanta, LA 71404 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Georgetown Bulldogs (Georgetown, LA) and the host Atlanta Bulldogs (Atlanta, LA), saw Georgetown's basketball squad knock off Atlanta by a tally of 67-50.
With the victory, Georgetown improves its record to 8-8 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Saline (Saline, LA) to play the Bobcats in a C District 2 challenge on Tuesday, January 24. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a record of 3-10.
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Calvin Cougars (Calvin, LA) in a C District 2 challenge, on Tuesday, January 24. Atlanta will attempt to improve on its 3-13 season record.
