Illinois High School Basketball - Father Tolton fells Quincy Notre Dame
January 20, 2023: Quincy, IL 62301 Father Tolton (Columbia, MO) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Quincy Notre Dame Raiders (Quincy, IL), 49-41 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Father Tolton upgrades its record to 7-4 on the season. The travel to Millard North (Omaha, NE) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 21. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 12-3. Millard North lost 87-83 in their recent non-league bout against Bergen Catholic (Oradell, NJ)
Next up, the Raiders play the Illini West Chargers (Carthage, IL) in a West Central bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Quincy Notre Dame will attempt to upgrade on its 12-8 season record. The Chargers go into the bout with a 13-10 record after their 54-46 non-league loss to Macomb (Macomb, IL).
