January 20, 2023: Bessemer, PA 16112 In Friday's non-league match, the host Mohawk Area Warriors basketball team scored a good 78-64 triumph over the Shenango Wildcats.
In their next game, the Warriors meet the Ellwood City Wolverine (Ellwood City, PA) in a WPIAL 3A 1 match, on Friday, January 27. Mohawk Area will attempt to better on its 14-1 season record.
With the defeat, Shenango moves to 10-4 on the year. The Wildcats host Wilmington (New Wilmington, PA) to meet the Greyhounds in a non-league match on Wednesday, January 25. The Greyhounds enter the match with a record of 2-10.
