Indiana High School Basketball - Tri thwarts Union County

The Tri Titans (Straughn, IN) basketball knocked off the visiting Union County Patriots (Liberty, IN), 57-37 in Friday's league test.

The Titans (9-3) will now prepare for their test against Winchester Community (Winchester, IN). The Golden Falcons go into the Tri-Eastern test with a 9-7 record.

The Patriots now own a 3-12 record. They play next when they travel to Centerville for a Tri-Eastern test on Wednesday, January 25. Union County will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 75-59 non-league win over Blackford (Hartford City, IN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-9.
