California High School Basketball - Union Mine holds off Golden Sierra
January 20, 2023: El Dorado, CA 95623 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Union Mine Diamondbacks (El Dorado, CA) and the visiting Golden Sierra Grizzlies (Garden Valley, CA), saw Union Mine's basketball squad hold off Golden Sierra by a tally of 54-51.
With the victory, Union Mine improves its record to 6-14 on the campaign. The Diamondbacks travel to Liberty Ranch (Galt, CA) to confront the Hawks in a challenge on Tuesday, January 24. The Hawks come into the challenge with a record of 9-4. Liberty Ranch won 72-32 in their recent league challenge against Rosemont (Sacramento, CA)
