Georgia High School Basketball - Landmark Christian overwhelms Redan
January 20, 2023: Stone Mountain, GA 30088 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Landmark Christian War Eagles (Fairburn, GA) and the host Redan Raiders (Stone Mountain, GA), saw Landmark Christian's basketball squad wallop Redan by a tally of 63-17.
With the victory, Landmark Christian improves its record to 11-7 on the campaign. The War Eagles host Callaway (Hogansville, GA) to play the Cavaliers in a AA Region 5 challenge on Tuesday, January 24. The Cavaliers come into the challenge with a record of 10-4. Callaway won 55-43 in their recent non-league challenge against Harris County (Hamilton, GA)
Next up, the Raiders play the Eagle's Landing Christian Academy Chargers (McDonough, GA) in a AA Region 5 challenge, on Tuesday, January 24. Redan will attempt to improve on its 2-10 season record. The Chargers come into the challenge with a 5-8 record after their 59-18 league loss to Columbia (Decatur, GA).
