New Jersey High School Basketball - Camden can't hold off St. Frances Academy
January 20, 2024: Camden, NJ 08103 The St. Frances Academy Panthers basketball team scored 61 points and held the host Camden Panthers to 57 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Panthers now sport a 17-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Boys Latin for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 24. St. Frances Academy will battle a Lakers team coming off a 61-56 league win over Calvert Hall (Baltimore, MD). The Lakers record now stands at 3-5.
The Panthers (12-2) will now prepare for their contest against Cherry Hill West (Cherry Hill, NJ). The Lions enter the non-league contest with a 12-1 record. In their last contest, Cherry Hill West nudged Audubon (Audubon, NJ), 79-45, in a non-league contest.
