Dallas Center-Grimes Mustangs (Dallas Center, IA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Carroll Tigers (Carroll, IA), 73-43 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Dallas Center-Grimes upgrades its record to 8-2 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Pella Christian (Pella, IA) to clash with the Eagles in a Little Hawkeye bout on Monday, January 22. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 10-3. Pella Christian won 53-35 in their recent league bout against Oskaloosa (Oskaloosa, IA)
