January 20, 2024: Lincolnton, NC Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Robinson Bulldogs (Concord, NC) and the host Combine Academy Global (Lincolnton, NC), saw Robinson's basketball squad overcome Combine Academy Global by a tally of 74-65.
With the victory, Robinson improves its record to 9-5 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Carson (China Grove, NC) to confront the Cougars in a 3A South Piedmont challenge on Tuesday, January 23. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 10-5. Carson won 65-59 in their recent league challenge against Concord (Concord, NC)
Next up, the confront the Quality Education Academy Fighting Pharaohs (Winston-Salem, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 25. Combine Academy Global will attempt to improve on its 0-6 season record. The Fighting Pharaohs come into the challenge with a 16-5 record after their 58-51 non-league win over Hamilton Heights Christian Academy (Chattanooga, TN).
