New Mexico High School Basketball - Rehoboth Christian topped by Fort Sumner/House
January 20, 2024: Fort Sumner, NM 88119 The Fort Sumner/House basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the visiting Rehoboth Christian Lynx to 48 in the non-league victory on Saturday.
The now sport a 14-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Logan for a A District 6 contest on Thursday, January 25. Fort Sumner/House will battle a Longhorns team coming off a 70-48 non-league win over Springer (Springer, NM). The Longhorns record now stands at 17-1.
The Lynx (11-4) will now prepare for their contest against Crownpoint (Crownpoint, NM). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 2-12 record. In their last contest, Crownpoint dropped by Laguna Acoma (New Laguna, NM), 54-47, in a non-league contest.
