January 20, 2024: Pittsburgh, PA 15239 The Plum Mustangs basketball team (Pittsburgh, PA), was overwhelmed 79-55 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Northgate Flames (Pittsburgh, PA)
The Flames now possess a 12-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sewickley Academy for a WPIAL 2A 1 battle on Friday, January 26.
The Mustangs (5-9) will now prepare for their battle against Armstrong (Kittanning, PA). The River Hawks come into the WPIAL 5A 2 battle with a 9-6 record. In their last battle, Armstrong trounced Knoch (Saxonburg, PA), 48-46, in a non-league battle.
