Arkansas High School Basketball - Waldron knocked off by Ozark
January 20, 2024: Ozark, AR 72949 The Ozark Hillbillies basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Waldron Bulldogs to 50 in the Hillbillies league triumph on Saturday.
The Hillbillies now sport a 18-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dardanelle for a 4A Region 4 contest on Tuesday, January 23. Ozark will battle a Sand Lizards team coming off a 52-45 league loss to Waldron (Waldron, AR). The Sand Lizards record now stands at 12-8.
The Bulldogs (9-11) will now prepare for their contest against Pottsville (Pottsville, AR). The Apaches enter the 4A Region 4 contest with a 8-8 record. In their last contest, Pottsville was defeated by Subiaco Academy (Subiaco, AR), 73-62, in a league contest.
