New Jersey High School Basketball - Snyder knocked off by Union
January 20, 2024: Jersey City, NJ 07305 The Union Farmers basketball team scored 60 points and held the host Snyder Tigers to 42 in the Farmers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Farmers now sport a 4-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Westfield for a Mountain Valley - Mountain contest on Monday, January 22. Union will battle a Blue Devils team coming off a 46-33 non-league loss to Summit (Summit, NJ). The Blue Devils record now stands at 5-8.
The Tigers (3-10) will now prepare for their contest against East Side (Newark, NJ). The Red Raiders enter the non-league contest with a 1-11 record. In their last contest, East Side was defeated by Arts (Newark, NJ), 48-39, in a league contest.
