Ohio High School Basketball - Franklin thwarts National Trail
January 20, 2024: Franklin, OH 45005 The Franklin Wildcats (Franklin, OH) basketball knocked off the visiting National Trail Blazers (New Paris, OH), 50-30 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Wildcats (5-10) will now prepare for their test against Hamilton (Hamilton, OH). The Big Blue go into the non-league test with a 2-13 record. In their last test, Hamilton went down by Fairfield (Fairfield, OH), 55-40, in a league test.
The Blazers now own a 5-9 record. They play next when they host Brookville for a non-league test on Monday, January 22. National Trail will encounter a Blue Devils squad coming off a 53-31 non-league loss to Milton-Union (West Milton, OH). The Blue Devils record now stands at 6-10.
