Washington High School Basketball - West Valley nips Bellevue
January 20, 2025: Bellevue, WA 98004 The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the West Valley Rams (Yakima, WA) and the host Bellevue Wolverines (Bellevue, WA), observed West Valley's basketball team edge Bellevue by a margin of 71-68.
The Rams (10-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Eastmont (East Wenatchee, WA). The Wildcats come into the 4A Columbia Basin Big-9 challenge with a 4-10 record. In their last challenge, Eastmont edged Wenatchee (Wenatchee, WA), 62-57, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Wolverines battle the Interlake Saints (Bellevue, WA) in a 3A KingCo challenge, on Wednesday, January 22. Bellevue will attempt to better on its 12-3 season record. The Saints come into the challenge with a 12-3 record after their 60-41 non-league win over Newport - Bellevue (Bellevue, WA).
