With the victory, Spruce Mountain advances its record to 12-2 on the year. The Phoenix host Mount Abram (Strong, ME) to meet the Roadrunners in a non-league battle on Wednesday, January 22. The Roadrunners enter the battle with a record of 13-1. Mount Abram won 67-40 in their recent non-league battle against Lisbon (Lisbon Falls, ME)
The Hornets now own a 6-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Erskine Academy for a non-league battle on Thursday, January 23. Leavitt will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 56-46 non-league win over Waterville (Waterville, ME). The Eagles record now stands at 7-7.
