New Jersey High School Basketball - Woodbury can't hold off Rancocas Valley
January 20, 2025: Mt. Holly, NJ 08060 Rancocas Valley Red Devils (Mt. Holly, NJ) supporters left the game happy Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Woodbury Thundering Herd (Woodbury, NJ), 47-45 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Rancocas Valley advances its record to 9-5 on the year. The Red Devils travel to Lenape (Medford, NJ) to face the Indians in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 21. The Indians enter the match with a record of 10-3. Lenape won 65-42 in their recent non-league match against Salem (Salem, NJ)
The Thundering Herd now own a 3-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Haddon Heights for a Colonial - Patriot match on Tuesday, January 21. Woodbury will face a Garnets squad coming off a 58-54 non-league loss to Seneca (Tabernacle, NJ). The Garnets record now stands at 10-5.
