January 20, 2025: Carbon Hill, AL 35549 The Jasper Vikings (Jasper, AL) basketball crushed the host Carbon Hill Bulldogs (Carbon Hill, AL), 54-30 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Vikings now possess a 17-9 record. They play next when they travel to Cullman for a 6A Area 13 bout on Tuesday, January 21. Jasper will play a Bearcats team coming off a 58-40 league loss to Mortimer Jordan (Kimberly, AL). The Bearcats record now stands at 11-12.
With the loss, Carbon Hill falls to 10-12 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Dora (Dora, AL) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Monday, January 27. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 17-8. Dora won 41-34 in their recent league bout against Cordova (Cordova, AL)
