California High School Basketball - Centennial defeats Piedmont
January 20, 2025: Piedmont, CA 94611 The Centennial Bulldogs (Las Vegas, NV) basketball were winner over the host Piedmont Highlanders (Piedmont, CA), 81-66 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Bulldogs now possess a 13-2 record. They play next when they host Desert Pines for a 5A Southern bout on Tuesday, January 21. Centennial will play a Jaguars team coming off a 71-17 league win over Clark (Las Vegas, NV). The Jaguars record now stands at 7-7.
With the loss, Piedmont falls to 13-3 on the campaign. The Highlanders travel to Alameda (Alameda, CA) to play the Hornets in a West Alameda County - Foothill bout on Thursday, January 23. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 11-6. Alameda won 63-36 in their recent non-league bout against Campolindo (Moraga, CA)
