January 20, 2025: Winona, MN 55987 The Cotter Ramblers (Winona, MN) basketball edged the visiting Walker-Hackensack-Akeley Wolves (Walker, MN), 54-47 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Ramblers now possess a 11-6 record. They play next when they travel to Caledonia for a non-league bout on Friday, January 24. Cotter will play a Warriors team coming off a 75-45 league win over Chatfield (Chatfield, MN). The Warriors record now stands at 18-2.
With the loss, Walker-Hackensack-Akeley falls to 13-3 on the campaign. The Wolves host Pine River-Backus (Pine River, MN) to play the Tigers in a A Section 5 bout on Friday, January 24.
