In Monday's league contest, the host Ezekiel Academy Knights basketball team scored a good 43-34 triumph over the Southern Christian Patriots.

The Knights (18-4) will now prepare for their contest against Wiregrass (Dothan, AL). The Kings go into the contest with a 3-6 record. In their last contest, Wiregrass topped Tuscaloosa Home Educators (Northport, AL), 38-31, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Patriots confront the Grace Christian Crusader (Columbus, GA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 21. Southern Christian will attempt to better on its 4-7 season record. The Crusader go into the contest with a 1-6 record after their 34-22 non-league loss to Oaks (Opelika, AL).
