The Rancho Cotate Cougars topped the visiting West County Team basketball team by a final score of 65-54 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Cougars face the Elsie Allen Lobos (Santa Rosa, CA) in a North Bay - Redwood game, on Wednesday, January 26. Rancho Cotate will attempt to move on its 7-10 season record.

With the defeat, West County moves to 10-7 on the year. The Team host Pinole Valley (Pinole, CA) to face the Spartans in a non-league game on Monday, January 24.
