Loyola Bull Dogs (Detroit, MI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Lutheran North Mustangs (Macomb, MI), 64-35 in a league bout.

With the win, Loyola upgrades its record to 4-5 on the season. The Bull Dogs host Gabriel Richard (Ann Arbor, MI) to play the Fighting Irish in a Catholic AA bout on Tuesday, January 25. The Fighting Irish go into the bout with a record of 6-3. Gabriel Richard lost 56-52 in their recent non-league bout against Lincoln (Ypsilanti, MI)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Divine Child Falcons (Dearborn, MI) in a Catholic AA bout, on Tuesday, January 25. Lutheran North will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record. The Falcons go into the bout with a 6-5 record after their 63-50 non-league win over Mumford (Detroit, MI).
