Massachusetts High School Basketball - Marblehead nips Saugus
January 21, 2022: Saugus, MA 01906 Marblehead Magicians (Marblehead, MA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Saugus Sachems (Saugus, MA), 53-50 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Marblehead upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Magicians travel to Essex North Shore Agric & Tech School (Hathorne, MA) to play the Rams in a non-league bout on Monday, January 24. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Essex North Shore Agric & Tech School lost 41-38 in their recent non-league bout against Saugus (Saugus, MA)
Next up, the Sachems play the Masconomet Regional Chieftains (Boxford, MA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 27. Saugus will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
