The Temple Christian Watchmen basketball team scored 46 points and held the visiting Poetry Community Christian Pioneer to 44 in the Watchmen non-league triumph on Friday.

The Watchmen now sport a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Trinity Christian Academy for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 25.

The Pioneer (11-6) will now prepare for their contest against Heritage Christian Academy (Haslet, TX). The Lions enter the TCAF Division 2 District 2 contest with a 2-5 record. In their last contest, Heritage Christian Academy was nudged by Grayson Christian (Sherman, TX), 34-25, in a non-league contest.
