Montana High School Basketball - Shields Valley tops Absarokee
January 21, 2023: Clyde Park, MT 59018 Shields Valley Rebels (Clyde Park, MT) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Absarokee Huskies (Absarokee, MT), 55-41 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Shields Valley upgrades its record to 2-8 on the campaign. The Rebels host White Sulphur Springs (White Sulphur Springs, MT) to play the Hornets in a C District 12 bout on Friday, January 27. The Hornets come into the bout with a record of 1-8. White Sulphur Springs lost 60-19 in their recent non-league bout against Whitehall/Harrison/Willow Creek (Whitehall, MT)
Next up, the Huskies play the Reed Point/Rapelje Renegades (Reed Point, MT) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 4. Absarokee will attempt to upgrade on its 1-9 season record.
