Illinois High School Basketball - Bartlett can't hold off St. Charles North
January 21, 2023: St. Charles, IL 60175 The St. Charles North North Stars basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the visiting Bartlett Hawks to 58 in the North Stars non-league victory on Saturday.
The North Stars now sport a 4-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jacobs for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 25. St. Charles North will battle a Golden Eagles team coming off a 52-40 league loss to Huntley (Huntley, IL). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 12-11.
The Hawks (10-8) will now prepare for their contest against Elgin (Elgin, IL). The Maroons come into the Upstate Eight contest with a 9-14 record. In their last contest, Elgin edged Streamwood (Streamwood, IL), 43-42, in a league contest.
