The Bryan Bears basketball team scored 54 points and restricted the visiting Westview to 53 in the Bears league victory on Saturday.

The Bears now sport a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Omaha North for a A District TBD contest on Wednesday, January 25. Bryan will battle a Vikings team coming off a 64-48 league win over Benson (Omaha, NE). The Vikings record now stands at 8-5.

The (5-11) will now prepare for their contest against Elkhorn South (Omaha, NE). The Storm come into the non-league contest with a 9-3 record. In their last contest, Elkhorn South edged Omaha Northwest (Omaha, NE), 83-63, in a league bout.
