Arkansas High School Basketball - Pulaski Academy can't hold off Clarksville
January 21, 2023: Little Rock, AR 72212 The Clarksville Panthers basketball team scored 53 points and held the host Pulaski Academy Bruins to 49 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Panthers now sport a 3-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mena for a 4A Region 4 contest on Wednesday, January 25. Clarksville will battle a Bearcats team coming off a 58-47 league loss to Ozark (Ozark, AR). The Bearcats record now stands at 3-12.
The Bruins (3-8) will now prepare for their contest against Bauxite (Bauxite, AR). The Miners enter the 4A Region 5 contest with a 7-7 record. In their last contest, Bauxite was nudged by Robinson (Little Rock, AR), 72-56, in a league contest.
