New Jersey High School Basketball - Old Bridge tipped by Colts Neck
January 21, 2023: Old Bridge, NJ 08857 The Colts Neck Cougars basketball team scored 42 points and held the host Old Bridge Knights to 38 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Cougars now sport a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Red Bank Catholic for a Shore A - Central contest on Monday, January 23. Colts Neck will meet a Caseys team coming off a 67-52 non-league loss to Marlboro (Marlboro, NJ). The Caseys record now stands at 8-6.
The Knights (5-8) will now prepare for their contest against Perth Amboy (Perth Amboy, NJ). The Panthers enter the Greater Middlesex - Red contest with a 8-4 record. In their last contest, Perth Amboy nudged New Brunswick (New Brunswick, NJ), 64-29, in a league contest.
