Ohio High School Basketball - Columbian overwhelms Kenton
January 21, 2023: Tiffin, OH 44883 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Columbian Tornadoes (Tiffin, OH) and the visiting Kenton Wildcats (Kenton, OH), saw Columbian's basketball squad wallop Kenton by a tally of 77-54.
With the victory, Columbian improves its record to 11-4 on the campaign. The Tornadoes host Perkins (Sandusky, OH) to confront the Pirates in a Sandusky Bay - Lake challenge on Thursday, January 26. The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 10-4. Perkins won 69-67 in their recent league challenge against Norwalk (Norwalk, OH)
Next up, the Wildcats confront the Memorial Roughriders (St. Marys, OH) in a Western Buckeye challenge, on Friday, January 27. Kenton will attempt to improve on its 7-9 season record. The Roughriders come into the challenge with a 8-5 record after their 62-45 non-league win over Cardinal Stritch (Oregon, OH).
