Michigan High School Basketball - Napoleon fells Leslie
January 21, 2023: Leslie, MI 49251 Napoleon Pirates (Napoleon, MI) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Leslie Blackhawks (Leslie, MI), 51-37 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Napoleon upgrades its record to 11-0 on the season. The Pirates travel to Hanover-Horton (Horton, MI) to play the Comets in a Cascades bout on Wednesday, January 25. The Comets go into the bout with a record of 5-3. Hanover-Horton lost 65-52 in their recent non-league bout against Lenawee Christian (Adrian, MI)
Next up, the Blackhawks play the Olivet Eagles (Olivet, MI) in a Greater Lansing bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Leslie will attempt to upgrade on its 7-3 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 11-0 record after their 72-32 league win over Maple Valley (Vermontville, MI).
