Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Liberty crushes Quakertown
January 21, 2023: Bethlehem, PA 18018 Liberty Hurricanes (Bethlehem, PA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Quakertown Panthers (Quakertown, PA), 77-55 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Liberty upgrades its record to 11-5 on the campaign. The Hurricanes travel to Nazareth Area (Nazareth, PA) to play the Blue Eagles in a Lehigh Valley bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Blue Eagles come into the bout with a record of 5-8. Nazareth Area won 67-54 in their recent non-league battle against Pocono Mountain East (Swiftwater, PA)
The Panthers (7-10) will now prepare for their battle against Upper Dublin (Fort Washington, PA). The Cardinals come into the Suburban One - American battle with a 10-4 record. In their last battle, Upper Dublin trounced Lower Moreland (Huntingdon Valley, PA), 50-29, in a league battle.
