Pennsylvania High School Basketball - William Allen knocked off by Muhlenberg
January 21, 2023: Laureldale, PA 19605 The Muhlenberg Muhls basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting William Allen Canaries to 42 in the Muhls non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Muhls now hold a 10-6 record. They play next when they travel to Governor Mifflin for a Berks County 1 bout on Tuesday, January 24. Muhlenberg will play a Mustangs squad coming off a 62-58 league loss to Exeter Township (Reading, PA). The Mustangs record now stands at 5-12.
Next up, the Canaries play the Whitehall Zephyrs (Whitehall, PA) in a Lehigh Valley bout, on Tuesday, January 24. William Allen will attempt to upgrade on its 9-8 season record. The Zephyrs come into the bout with a 8-8 record after their 61-51 league loss to Parkland (Allentown, PA).
