Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Owen J. Roberts tops Upper Perkiomen
January 21, 2023: Pennsburg, PA 18073 Owen J. Roberts Wildcats (Pottstown, PA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Upper Perkiomen Indians (Pennsburg, PA), 52-36 in a league bout.
With the victory, Owen J. Roberts upgrades its record to 8-9 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Spring-Ford (Royersford, PA) to play the Rams in a Pioneer bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Rams come into the bout with a record of 16-2. Spring-Ford won 58-37 in their recent non-league bout against Mt. St. Joseph Academy (Flourtown, PA)
Next up, the Indians play the Upper Merion Area Vikings (King of Prussia, PA) in a Pioneer bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Upper Perkiomen will attempt to upgrade on its 1-17 season record. The Vikings come into the bout with a 6-9 record after their 63-20 league loss to Methacton (Norristown, PA).
