Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Yerington Lions (Yerington, NV) and the host North Tahoe Lakers (Tahoe City, CA), saw Yerington's basketball squad knock off North Tahoe by a count of 27-11.

With the victory, Yerington upgrades its record to 9-5 on the campaign. The Lions host West Wendover (West Wendover, NV) to play the Wolverines in a challenge on Friday, January 27. The Wolverines come into the challenge with a record of 2-3.
