Ohio High School Basketball - Chesapeake overwhelms Raceland
January 21, 2025: Chesapeake, OH 45619 The Chesapeake Panthers basketball team scored 66 points and limited the visiting Raceland Rams to 37 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Panthers now possess a 13-0 record. They play next when they host Gallia Academy for a Ohio Valley game on Friday, January 24. Chesapeake will confront a Blue Devils team coming off a 57-43 non-league loss to Athens (The Plains, OH). The Blue Devils record now stands at 4-10.
With the loss, Raceland falls to 11-4 on the campaign. The Rams host Menifee County (Frenchburg, KY) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league game on Friday, January 24. The Wildcats go into the game with a record of 3-12. Menifee County lost 86-71 in their recent non-league game against Nicholas County (Carlisle, KY)
