California High School Basketball - Orcutt Academy fells Arroyo Grande

The Orcutt Academy Spartans basketball team scored 48 points and limited the visiting Arroyo Grande Eagles to 39 in the Spartans league triumph on Tuesday.

The Spartans now possess a 15-3 record. They play next when they host Morro Bay for a Mountain game on Friday, January 24. Orcutt Academy will confront a Pirates team coming off a 74-32 league loss to St. Joseph (Santa Maria, CA). The Pirates record now stands at 9-9.

With the loss, Arroyo Grande falls to 11-5 on the campaign. The Eagles host Mission College Prep (San Luis Obispo, CA) to confront the Royals in a Mountain game on Friday, January 24. The Royals go into the game with a record of 10-7. Mission College Prep won 65-42 in their recent league game against Righetti (Santa Maria, CA)
