Colorado High School Basketball - Legacy can't hold off Frederick
January 21, 2025: Frederick, CO 80504 Frederick Golden Eagles (Frederick, CO) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Legacy Lightning (Broomfield, CO), 70-66 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Frederick upgrades its record to 3-2 on the year. The Golden Eagles host Erie (Erie, CO) to face the Tigers in a match on Tuesday, February 4. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 6-3.
The Lightning now sport a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Horizon for a match on Friday, January 24. Legacy will face a Hawks squad coming off a 64-50 league loss to Holy Family (Broomfield, CO). The Hawks record now stands at 7-3.
